@02:19Oh don't worry about it. I'm always happy to hear some one take an interest in my work. Just to warn you, if you search for Andreas Serrano, he does some pretty controversial and mature stuff.
@02:19Unfortunately no. The statue was purchased from a book shop and sanded. If you have any formal feedback, about how it looks and if you have a favorite part, or if you have some thoughts of your own about what makes it interesting to you, I'd love to hear it.
I was responding to a class discussion about Andreas Serrano and his controversial depictions of Jesus. I wanted to do something conceptual with the cross without dumping garbage or something on it, which seems to be an easy thing to do and get instant fame in the art world these days.
@02:19First at all I'm sorry what I had missunderstanding about your work. I'm a begginer at this site. And another reason is that I've interested at your work why I'm a Christian~^^
I have no idea about the artist who named Andreas. But now I have interested in it, because of you I really didnt know that your work has deep meanning like that
Thank you for your kind to one who completely begginer like me I agree with your opinion~!! It's uneasy to see real artist in these days! many artists try to get instant fame like you said
